END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement (”EULA”) is a legal agreement between you, the LICENSEE, and Vmc, dba DBPOP, the LICENSOR (hereafter referred to as DBPOP) that covers all programmes and associated parts of the DBPOP programme. By subscribing to and downloading DBPOP, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

DBPOP LICENSE

DBPOP is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. DBPOP is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you the right to use DBPOP for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DBPOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF DATA CAUSED BY INTERUPTIONS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ISP DISRUPTIONS, SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER EVENT WHICH MAY RESULT IN A LOSS OF DATA OR DISRUPTION OF SERVICE, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

3. DISTRIBUTION
Distribution of DBPOP is only from the LICENSOR. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works based on DBPOP. You may not copy, rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, license,or otherwise transfer rights to DBPOP.

4. TERMINATION.
Without prejudice to any other rights, DBPOP may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of any DBPOP.
